Like our other therapy sessions, we will match you with a therapist we feel fits you best or you are welcome to read about our team here and let us know who you would prefer. Like normal, online therapy is typically on a weekly basis and sessions are usually 45 to 60 minutes in length. Together we’ll create treatment goals, create a rough timeline for these goals and build work to help lead a more fulfilling life.
