  3. Wait for Your Provider
    • Your provider will join as soon as they finish with the patient ahead of you.
  4. Enable Microphone and Camera
    • Click “Allow Microphone and Camera” to ensure your provider can see and hear you during the session.
  5. Give your provider your location at the start of session

    • Privacy ensures confidentiality, while good lighting and minimal distractions make communication smooth.
  • Check Your Internet Connection
    • A strong and stable WiFi connection is essential for a quality video session.
