Tiffany Snay, LLMSW

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex intersections of substance use, trauma, and daily stressors. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative model that views the mind as a system of “parts.” Often, behaviors like substance use begin as a way for a part of us to provide protection from pain.

By incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will identify actionable behavioral changes to help you reach your goals effectively. Our work goes beyond symptom management to understand the underlying “why” behind your struggles. Whether you are navigating Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), managing addiction, or balancing life’s demands, I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space.

Together, we will work to find balance, heal the parts carrying the heaviest burdens, and reclaim your narrative so you can move forward with clarity and self-compassion.

I look forward to connecting and working together on your unique journey.
