Allyssa Pant, LMSW
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals facing a variety of challenges. My background includes extensive experience in hospice care, dementia care, and working with adults with developmental disabilities. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in emotional and psychological well-being.
My practice focuses on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and life transitions. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and supported.
In our sessions, I use a client-centered approach, combining evidence-based practices with techniques tailored to your unique needs. My experience in hospice and dementia care has sharpened my ability to offer compassionate support during life’s most challenging moments. Working with adults with developmental disabilities has further deepened my commitment to meeting people where they are at and helping them grow and thrive.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and personal growth. I’m here to champion your strengths, celebrate your achievements, and support you through every step of your journey. I genuinely believe in your potential and am excited to help you recognize and reach it.
Outside of work, I love to crochet, explore new restaurants, dive into a new book, and spend time with my two dogs, Goose and Bo.
I’m thrilled at the prospect of working with you, cheering you on, and supporting you in achieving your goals. I can’t wait to meet you!
